Message	We often have 5 or 6 phone lines going at once. I realize some of your arguments, but you would also have to be in our position to really understand. I do the absolute best I can with this company given my resources. Through years of beating my head against the wall I do manage to continually improve it, and I won't stop until we are simply the best.
